sharepoint 2010 exe, dll등 파일 다운로드 안되고 404 오류 날때

cer,exe,dll 등의 파일을 업로드제한을 풀고 업로드 하더라도  클릭을 하면 404 file not found 오류 발생함.
이럴때는 요렇게....

iis를 연다.
handler mappings --> Edit feature permissions --> uncheck the Execute box

 
update 2011.05.20 : 이렇게 해서 되는줄 알았다...
갑자기 List/Library의 보기수정이 안됨.. Root Site에서는 보기수정이 되나 하위사이트에서 보기 수정이 안되었다.
sharepoint designer 에서는 해당사이트 버전이 안맞다고 난리구.....
하여튼 이런상황이 생기더라는 말씀......T T
